Band Instrument Rentals You Can Trust!

Thank you for your interest in renting or purchasing a band instrument. This page will briefly explain the various options that are available. If you have further questions regarding these options, please contact us directly. Our phone number and e-mail address are listed on Contact page. We make every effort to return your call or e-mail within 24 hours.

  • We rent only top brand name Band instruments, approved by The National Association for Music Education.
  • Rent for the entire school year (Sep/Oct/Nov - June) and get the month of June for free when you return the instrument before July 4th!
    ...btw, you don't have to pay for the entire year up front to get this deal!!
  • Many stores charge you for an initial 3 month minimum rental or more...
    ...Our minimum is only 2 months!!!

All instruments are available on a first come, first served basis, determined by when initial payment is received on a rental or purchase. Prices are all based on stock on hand.

We're now offering EXPRESS RENTAL for our returning rental friends. If you have rented from Rancho Canyon Music in past years, THANK YOU!!... you're already a friend, and we already know your family, so when you come back, you don't have to fill out a new rental agreement! Simply update any new information with us, get your new accessories, and you're on your way to another great year of music making!

Comprehensive Maintenence Program (C.M.P.)

On certain instruments, the renter may opt to pay an additional C.M.P. fee added to their monthly rental bill. This plan covers the renter in the event that the instrument is damaged in "normal wear and tear." The renter simply brings their instrument to Rancho Canyon Music for repair at no cost to the renter, and will recieve a loaner instrument - additionally at no cost to the renter - and we will call you when your instrument is ready.

The C.M.P. for Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet or Trombone is $4 per month. For all Saxophones, the fee is $6 per month. C.M.P. is not available for Violin, Cello, Viola or Acoustic Guitar.
